Integrative Nutritional Coaching

My aim as a Health Coach is to get to know what makes your heart sing! I want to guide you on a journey of transformation, so you can feel nourished from the inside out and feel confident to make lifestyle and behavioural changes, enabling you to take control of your health.


As your coach, I offer non-judgemental and confident coaching sessions in person and online, with the intention to help you reach your full potential. 


During my programmes, I focus on 6 fundamental areas of  holistic health. These 6 pillars of holistic health are key players in the contribution of chronic disease and ill health, and their imbalances are more impactful to our lives than you may think. 


To achieve optimal health, with the ultimate goal of longevity and a better quality of life, we must address all areas of our lives and not treat certain areas in isolation. As a qualified coach in diet, lifestyle and wellness. I provide you with the knowledge, support, and motivation to do just that. 


Whatever stage of your life you're at, there is always time to make change and make improvements! My programmes are personalised to your desired health and wellness goals.  I use a mixture of coaching, wellness assessments, diagnostic testing and reiki healing to bring you back to true health.

Healthy Eating

Food has the ability to enhance or inhibit our lives. As a nutritional coach, it's my job to educate you on your current food choices and share my knowledge on the nutritional benefits of certain foods. We look at how the food we eat could be affecting hormone imbalances, skin conditions, allergies, digestion and gut health. I have studied over 100 dietary theories and specialise in food elimination and detoxification. Our eating habits are an integral part of any healing or transformational process.

Where you might be stuck and where you would like to be.  Are you stuck in a place of fear that's preventing you from moving forward? Holistic DEtoxification

Detoxification Programmes

During my coaching programmes, I also offer a detoxification programme, which is available to all my clients and are taken to all different levels dependant on the client's needs. 


I perform symptom assessments, evaluate detoxification capacity, and put forward tailored nutritional recommendations to enhance the natural detoxification process. I also offer FIT diagnostic testing  (Food Inflammation Testing) to measure sensitivities to up to 176 different foods, colouring and additives. This testing  is optional and can be run at an additional cost. 


My aim is to help you understand internal elimination and biochemical detoxification pathways, which particular nutrients enhance them, and which agents hinder them. I help my clients identify risks of exposure to toxin types, such as mutagens, genotoxins, neurotoxins, mycotoxins, carcinogens, heavy metals and petrochemicals. Through a step by step process, I make  my clients aware of the detrimental effects of a poor diet and certain hazardous environmental pollutants. 


I guide and monitor any symptom or health improvements, whilst implementing strategies for new healthy habits to stick to.

This is a 1:1 consultation held over zoom or in person and lasts around 35 mins. Previous to this session you will be asked to complete a health history questionnaire to the best of your knowledge. During this consultation, you will have the chance to discuss any health conditions or concerns you may have or areas of your life you would like to improve. During this time you will also find out about your personalsied programme recommendation and plan of action.
